Harassment-Free Club

Guidelines for Unethical Conduct

At its best, sports as a hobby brings joy, success, and good friends. In the joint project of the Family Federation of Finland and Finnish sports, the aim is to promote everyone’s right to enjoy sports safely and to be treated equally and with respect.

Uinti Tampere has created its own guidelines for prevention and for handling reported cases. This page contains the club’s own instructions as well as links to materials on the “Et ole yksin” website.

The club has appointed harassment contact persons. The aim is to make it easier to report inappropriate behaviour. It is hoped that any form of inappropriate behaviour encountered in activities organised by the club will be reported immediately. Contact the child’s coach or the club’s harassment contact persons:

Serious violations: SUEK reporting service

Matters that may fall under criminal law are reported to the authorities.

An anonymous report of inappropriate behaviour can also be submitted – the name and email address fields may be left blank if desired. Anonymous reports are handled internally within the club.
